New Leadership at DSICA
New Leadership for Distilled Spirits Industry Council of Australia
The Distilled Spirits Industry Council of Australia (DSICA) elected a new Chair and Vice Chair at the 2014 AGM held Monday 8 December.
Michael McShane, Managing Director ANZSEA for Brown-Forman, became Chair after Tim Salt, Diageo Australia’s Managing Director, stood down after five years in the role.
Mr McShane’s replacement as the Council’s Vice Chair is the Managing Director of Bacardi-Lion, Denis Brown.
DSICA’s Treasurer role remains with Ian Atherton, Managing Director of Suntory Australia, while the Council’s Ordinary Member and fourth position on the Executive continues with Jagermeister SE Asia-Pacific Regional Director, David Bell.
